We are Always Learning!

A Note: from Me to You…

Arc101: As I am always learning, it is my goal to always be teaching about the art and process of my profession. So here is a little bit about my journey that brings me to you…

With an incredibly diverse 23 year professional background, 33 if you count my childhood, when mom told me that Legos could be a career, I bring all of my experience AND experiences to the drafting table when creating the holistic lifestyle you envision for your home. Whether you’re dreaming of a sunroom addition or an entirely new custom home, I’ll help shape your ideas into a built reality—crafted around your needs, your style, and most importantly, the way you live. Whether your family is growing or you’re downsizing, I design spaces to surround your life’s chapters.

You will be working directly with me, but I also partner with a unique network of experts who can be brought in as needed. My involvement can be as light as providing sketches, renderings, and walkthroughs—or as comprehensive as full construction / permit documents, support navigating local permitting processes, and helping you select the right contractor.

Once you complete the questionnaire, we’ll set up an initial consultation for a walk-through and meet-and-greet. During this time, we’ll discuss your goals, budget, and timeline. I’ll then assess the level of services I recommend and send over a general services agreement. Upon agreement, we’ll lock in your start date, a general snapshot, timeline, and milestones, and from there we’re in each other’s orbit!

Your investment in me is an investment in my process. We’ll work closely together in a creative, relaxed, and engaging way—one that allows me to bring you into my world while I help build yours!

My process is not for everyone—but I guarantee to make it enjoyable and meaningful. My home and studio act as headquarters, but will also be engaged on site. There are never any wrong questions, and, if you choose to bring me along on your journey, it will be my pleasure—and a unique experience for all involved.

If you request a reference, I have compiled a snapshot of my 23+ year journey, and I will connect you with past clients whom have gone through similar projects. Chances are, I’ve seen it before—and if not, we’ll figure it out together!

Everything is a learning opportunity or “ARC101 method”
